Deep Dive into Intercultural Agility (Online)

This workshop is designed for participants who have already attended an Introduction to Intercultural Agility (IA) workshop taught by Mosaic Formation. In our Introduction to Intercultural Agility, we explored personal culture and worldview, and how each one of us is uniquely shaped to understand the world around us. In the Deep Dive into Intercultural Agility workshop, we delve into 12 dimensions of culture that give us deeper understanding of how we and others are wired. Understanding the 12 dimensions will hopefully lead to greater relational harmony as you foster self-understanding and extend grace to others. The 12 dimensions are especially helpful in group settings, whether family, work, or social.
